Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be new, unused, and returned with original packaging and all Romano tags attached.
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
