We ship orders through trusted international courier services including Aramex and DHL.
• Once an order is confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched from our facility.
• After shipment, a tracking number will be shared with the customer to track the order.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipment’s weight and the official rates of Aramex or DHL.
• Romano does not add any additional markup or commission to shipping fees.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Customs & Duties:
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Romano has no control over customs clearance processes and is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
Return and exchange policy:
14 Days returns & exchanges period
-The return shipment must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping time is not taken into account.
-The return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless if the product was faulty.
Conditions:
-Please ship the products back to us in the state and manner as you received them.
-Items should be returned new, unused and with all Romano tags still attached.
-Provided branded boxes, branded dust bags, hang tags and cards should be included in your return. The packaging is part of the product.
- Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
Important Information:
We reserve the right not to accept a return if the item shows signs of wear or is used or altered from its original condition in any way. In this case, we may not reimburse at all or may reduce the amount of the refund or exchange accordingly. Unacceptable returns may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refund policy:
-Once your return shipment has been received by Romano your refund will be initiated
-For returns sent within our 14 days period, a full refund of the purchase amount is issued to your original payment method.
-Shipping costs are not refunded.
-Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Faulty products:
-Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged.
-Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
-For faulty products you are eligible for a full refund or exchange at our expense.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@romano.qa to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:
